How do I order?
Add products or packages to your cart, review the quantities, and enter your delivery details. We save your order before opening WhatsApp. Press Send there; our team then reviews and confirms the details.
Is there a minimum order weight?
The current minimum is 10 kg of products sold by kg. Packages and other units do not count toward this weight. Your cart shows your progress; a minimum of 0 disables the requirement.
When is delivery?
The countdown shows the next eligible delivery date and the time left to place an order. Availability follows our configured delivery schedule and cutoffs, using Akhdarino’s Morocco business time. If no date is available, checkout is closed.
Can I send a photo of my shopping list?
Yes. Open WhatsApp with the shopping-list button, attach your photo or screenshot in the conversation, and send it. This contact does not automatically create a saved order.
Can I change a package’s contents?
Packages have set contents. For a different selection, build your own cart or contact us on WhatsApp. Changes depend on availability and confirmation by our team.
Are meat and fish available?
Check the category cards for current availability. Categories marked Coming soon cannot be ordered.
When is my order confirmed?
Saving an order or opening WhatsApp is not confirmation. Send the message, then wait for our team to review and confirm availability, quantities, delivery-day prices and delivery details.
